Awareness

A friend of my neighbor, Heidi, recently had a terrible accident happen to her son who is about 1 1/2. While visting friends, he tried to climb onto an entertainment center. The TV fell out of it's place and onto the little boy. The family has a blog that they have been posting updates, and have been reporting that the little guy, Isaac, is showing signs of great improvement.

I share this with you all just to bring awareness to things that we may not otherwise think of.

The Great Minnesota get together!

Little Lamb, Little Lamb... Eli and the Sheep. Eli isn't too sure about the new smells.
Walking into the Cattle Barn I am overwhlemed at the sight of PEOPLE SPOONING COWS!!! In the picture below you not only will see a girl sitting on the hind end of a cow, but some kid sleeping, or rather SPOONING a cow....
...This kid was looking at me like, "What are you doing, lady?" as I was taking his picture. I gave him the same look... I was not the one snuggling with a COW!Eli looks a little disturbed by all the people spooning cows as well!Minnesota's biggest Boar!

Flashback Friday - Tiny Eli Edition

I took this picture on my phone... not the best resolution. Just look at those teeny-tiny legs!
I love this....
Sweet baby...
Look at his little baby mullet in the back....
Ready to go meet Santa and his first time wearing blue jeans!

I get a little emotional looking at these... he has grown so fast! I have been told by two people we don't know that he looks like a toddler already!

Here is one of our first family pictures...

...and here is a more recent one...
