We had a blast yesterday afternoon with Eli and his buddies celebrating his 7th birthday!

We spent a lovely day at my parents hanging out watching football, eating , napping, and rubbing my vet pregnant sister's feet... Wishing te baby would decide to arrive on Thanksgiving day! No baby, but it is just a matter of days and I couldn't be any more excited for her and my brother-in-law!

Gopher Hockey

Eli and Nick were able to go the the Gopher hockey game last Saturday. Eli LOVES Gopher hockey games with his Dad. Lucky guy!

Aiden's 1st Haircut at the Salon

Aiden's first (unofficial/unplanned) haircut was by his big bro. Aiden's 2nd was by my mom... a family tradition. This morning Aiden got his 1st haircut at the Kid's Salon... Not one tear, but I think we need to give the credit to suckers!

Belated Veteran's Day

Yesterday we gave thanks and praise to the men, women and their families who so selflessly gave so much. We owe our lives and our freedom to you. 

Below is a picture of my now 90-year old Grandpa McLaughlin. I believe he was about 19 in this photo while serving in the U.S. Army. My other Grandpa (Bossuyt) also served in the U.S. Army. My two heroes.

And we are off! Hockey season 2015-2016 has begun with my little hockey guy playing on the Mite 1 level?! There he is skating all over the place... He could probably teach me a thing or two! What a great Minnesota tradition for my little Minnesota boy!
