3-Day Update

Dear Friends & Family,

My 3-Day fundraising efforts continue... With your help, I have raised $1,230.00. As you know, my goal is $2,300.00, so I have $1,070.00 to go.

I have decided to clean out my closets and throw together my first garage sale. All proceeds from this event will go to the fundraising efforts for my 3-Day team.

The garage sale will take place Saturday, July 25th.... so, get to it! Clean out those closets! And drop off your unwanted items to my place....(Oh, geesh! - you all know how I hate clutter!)

Email me at randisundsmo@yahoo.com for my address and directions if you have things to drop off.

Anything and everything leftover will be donated to People Serving People, a homeless shelter in Minneapolis.

For more information on my fundraising efforts, and to make a donation, go to: http://www.the3day.org/goto/randisundsmo

Thanks for your support!

Randi

6-Month Checkup

Blurry Photo from Nick's Phone...

Eli had his 6-Month Checkup last Monday. He weighed in at 19 lbs. 0.5 oz. and 26.25 inches long. He is 75th persentile for weight and 50th for Height. I can't remember the measurement for his head but he is in the 90th percentile for his head.... I don't know where he gets that large head from?

Book Club Tuesday - Eat, Pray, Love & Tuesdays with Morrie

I don’t like to give away too much detail in my little review… I personally don’t like to hear too much about a book until after I read it. This is another true story of experiences by the author. She breaks the book into (3) sections/books. Eat is about her time in Italy. Pray is about her time in India. Love is about her time in Indonesia. I loved learning about her experiences traveling in each country. They are all countries I would love to visit someday. I would suggest to add this to your reading list… Let me know if you have read it!

I read this book years ago... but it was fun to revisit. Funny how your perspective on life, etc. changes as you get older, and also when you become a parent... I love this book and will probably continue re-reading it throughout my life.
